Happy Ears Hearing Center is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their Peoria location, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive audiometric evaluations
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements and best-practice protocols
• Counsel patients and families on hearing aid use, maintenance, and expectations
• Provide follow-up adjustments, cleanings, and repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with audiologists and the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care
