Position Overview :

Happy Ears Hearing Center is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their Peoria location, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and follow-up care. The ideal Hearing Instrument Speciali st candidate takes pride in providing personalized hearing care and delivers treatment guided by audiology best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive audiometric evaluations
  • Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements and best-practice protocols
  • Counsel patients and families on hearing aid use, maintenance, and expectations
  • Provide follow-up adjustments, cleanings, and repairs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Collaborate with audiologists and the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements :

  • Current and unrestricted Arizona state license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (preferred)
  • Strong communication and counseling skills
  • Passion for patient education and relationship building
  • Commitment to providing best-practice hearing care and ongoing professional growth
