Responsibilities

• As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CGS, provide expertise in application and systems software to a variety of key stakeholders.
• Analyze complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems to help define processes and procedures for use cases across departments.
• Assist with and consult on the design, development, documentation, and delivery of standard operating procedures, presentations, and insight / training materials for a wide range of audiences.
• Possess a high degree of technical experience and performance in situations requiring a broad range of knowledge and skills.
