Level 5 Staff Financial Analyst

At Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, we have an opening for a Level 5 Staff Financial Analyst to join us in the pursuit of top-tier financial performance. This position will be located on site in Redondo Beach, CA and requires the ability to work on site weekly in Redondo Beach with a hybrid teleworking schedule.

Essential Functions :

• Management of division financials, including : financial and cost forecasting, reporting and analysis, profitability analysis, and working capital analysis (accounts receivable forecasting, treasury forecasting, unbilled analysis, and aged receivables analysis)
• Lead Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and documentation
• Development of the consolidated Division Long Range Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan
• Work with the finance and business management teams to develop strategies to improve financial performance based on metrics
• Development of presentations for, and occasionally brief to, Division / Sector leadership
• Interface with business, program, and sector personnel

Primary Level Salary Range : $141,400.00 - $212,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
