Help Desk Technician

Job Title : IT Technician

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk professional to join our team in White GA 30184 USA. As a company committed to excellence, we need someone who can provide exceptional support to our clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
• Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their requests
• Collaborate with other teams to improve our products and services
• Identify trends in support requests and provide feedback to improve our processes
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up

Experience Level :

Preferred experience level is 3 to 5 years.
