Medical Assistant

A company is looking for a Clinical Associate to support their virtual and home-based medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare members for telehealth visits and coordinate care post-visit

Manage orders and care coordination for lab tests, imaging, and DME services

Provide patient education and advocate for members during care coordination issues

Required Qualifications

MA Certification (highly preferred), or significant MA experience with diploma and transcripts if no certification

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Two years of patient-facing experience, preferably with telehealth

Prior primary care experience is a plus

Experience in care coordination, especially for Medicare patients, is desired
