Location : Midland Care – PACE Program

Schedule : Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Pay : $16.30 (Pay based on experience, certifications, and driving record. Most new hires start in the lower-to-middle range.)

Join our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team and help older adults get where they need to go safely, comfortably, and with dignity. As a Transportation Specialist III, you'll be more than a driver—you'll be a lifeline for our participants, ensuring they arrive at appointments, our Day Center, and home with care and compassion.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate buses and other vehicles to transport participants between homes, medical facilities, and the Day Center.
• Assist with gurney, wheelchair, and ambulatory transfers including lifting and supporting participants and their medical equipment.
• Support participants in and out of residences and care settings.
• Observe and report changes in participants' health or behavior.
• Keep vehicles clean, perform pre / post trip inspections, and follow all DOT requirements.
• Assist with light Day Center duties, including meals, supplies, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for transportation needs.
