Key Responsibilities

Provide navigational support for health insurance processes and online systems to members
Support healthcare providers, insurance agents, and brokers with a customer-focused approach
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of call center or clerical customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Windows with strong computer and keyboarding skills
Advanced data entry accuracy and speed
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
