Production Worker | $1 7 . 00 / hour | 1st Shift (6 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM), Mond ay - Fri day

What Matters Most :

  • Schedule : 1st Shift –6 : 00 AM to 10 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description : We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality custom profiles and complex assemblies using roll-forming steel and non-ferrous metals. The Production Worker role involves assisting in the production process by catching parts, packing them, and ensuring an accurate count. You'll also be responsible for visually inspecting parts and performing secondary operations, such as drilling and deburring.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in catching parts as they come out of the machine
  • Pack parts and ensure accurate part counts
  • Visually inspect parts or check parts with gauges
  • Perform secondary operations on parts, including drilling and deburring
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the production area

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn how to use gauges such as micrometers and calipers
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Willingness to float to other departments as needed
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus
