About the Construction Estimator Role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator with strong experience in commercial construction to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of project proposals from site visits to final estimates.

Construction Estimator Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate client requests and develop detailed, accurate proposals.

Perform construction bidding and cost estimating.

Conduct pre-bid site visits and assessments.

Review bid documents and manage the proposal process.

Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings.

Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors.

Source new subcontractors and vendors.

Maintain and update historical cost data and vendor lists.

Construction Estimator Preferred Qualifications :

Strong background in commercial construction estimating 5 plus years.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
