About Simplex Health : At Simplex Health, we do things differently. Our insurance-funded medical nutrition therapy goes beyond treatment of symptoms to improve and, in many cases, reverse chronic conditions. Simplex Health partners with hospitals and healthcare practices as well as corporate offices and individuals focusing on prevention, root cause resolution, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Services can be accessed virtually with live telehealth appointments or in-person at offices located throughout select markets.

Our evidence-based, progressive nutrition interventions consider each patient's unique biochemistry. With nutrition counseling, education, health coaching, and guidance patients achieve sustainable success.

Role Responsibilities including but not limited to :

Provide an exceptional patient experience Convert referrals to scheduled patients Manage outbound and inbound patient callsAnswer cross-departmental questions about patient scheduling and rescheduling as necessaryOptimize clinician schedules and utilizations for initial appointments Add new patients and providers to Referral Management System and Healthie (scheduling platform) Monitor voicemail messages & place return calls promptly Send text messages to patients via HIPAA compliant message platformMonitor, organize and upload all faxes in EHR Call patients to discuss out of pocket costs depending on insurance coverageCoordinate with referring providers to facilitate patient care & scheduling Participate in monthly scheduling team meetings

The pay range for this role is : 9.50 - 10 USD per hour(Remote)
