Information Management Support Data Analysis, Research and Reporting

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a qualified Information Management Support Specialist to provide specialized support to the Resource Management Directorate (RMD). The role focuses on maintaining established financial management tools and processes, analyzing budget data across multiple fiscal years, and producing reports on project and contract execution. The candidate will support RMD with advanced data analysis, research, financial reporting, and information management solutions that improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Budget Analysis
• Research, track, analyze, validate, and report financial data by assigned deadlines.
• Generate financial execution reports, contractor obligation and disbursement reports.
• Prepare, track, and validate funding documents (DD Form 448, MIPRs, IAA 7600A / B, Misc. Obligation Documents).
• Verify funding document data against contracts and modifications.
• Perform financial forecasts for obligations and expenditures.
• Reporting & Meetings
• Generate and monitor reports on project status, funding levels, execution rates, commitments, and unliquidated obligations.
• Review and report during financial / budgetary meetings.
• Attend scheduled meetings with Program Offices and WHS AD.
• Data & Content Management
• Maintain a secure, user-friendly data storage and retrieval solution to manage electronic records and reduce paper file reliance.
• Ensure solution scalability to meet future RMD business needs.
• Provide documentation and problem resolution for data anomalies.
• Financial Systems Expertise
• Input and reconcile contract and financial data in government financial / accounting systems.
• Extensive experience with : Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) reporting and budgetary functions (OBIEE and Hyperion), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), G-Invoicing, Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q).
