We are seeking an advanced practitioner to become a part of our team and work in our Corona, CA clinic. You will focus on providing high quality patient care. Bilingual English / Spanish preferred. Experience in Geriatrics, Neurology and or adjacent fields preferred.

In collaborative practice with the clinic neurologists and NPs, the Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistance is responsible for providing independent clinical assessment and patient care management services for Neurological patients.The NP / PA must be self-directed and function with minimal direct supervision. The NP / PA functions in an interdependent role by implementing the appropriate Standardized Procedures (SPs).The NP / PA will provide and coordinate the care of patients, provide patient / family education, promote safe continuity of care. The NP also participates in clinical meetings, provides education and support, as well as makes appropriate referrals.Document services rendered.Job Qualifications :
California NP or PA license requiredDEAPrevious experience in neurology preferredAbility to build rapport with patientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesBilingual English / Spanish preferred
