Position Summary

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations of the store. This role oversees a team of stylists and key holders, drives sales, ensures exceptional customer experiences, and maintains high visual and operational standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, a natural team leader, and thrives in a hands-on, customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members
• Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive store culture
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Communicate with all aspects of the business
• Managers are responsible for all store shifts
• One manager on per a shift
