Top 3 Technical Skills Required :

  • Problem solving DMAIC skills
  • Experience with Document Control Systems and ERP
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years of experience required, unless previously employed at the site
  • Work Schedule :

    Full-time position, 40 hours a week, onsite.

    Interview Timeline :

    Interviews will be scheduled immediately.

    Product Line Support :

    This role will support all of the Watson Site, Arve, Aortic, and BHT product lines.

    Responsibilities :

  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Design the arrangement of machines within plant facilities for the most efficient and productive layout.
  • Design sequence of operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment.
  • Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
  • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
  • Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and investigate corrective actions for problems and deficiencies.
  • Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control.
  • Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
  • Technical Specialist Career Stream :

    As an individual contributor, you will advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. You will formulate, deliver, and / or manage projects, working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower-level professionals.
