We are currently looking for a High Volume Catering Sous Chef to assist our team in NY! We are entering our busy season and are looking for strong leaders for our kitchen!
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Culinary production : ensure all food is prepared and presented to meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Assist with events and ensure the client's needs are being met, from planning to execution
- Manage culinary team : training, delegating, mentoring and development
- Ability to multi-task, overseeing multiple events and execution
- Assist with other duties such as inventory, scheduling, etc
Background & Skills :
At least 2+ yrs in a management roleMust have experience in high-volume cateringMust have the personality to be guest-facing, professional and knowledgeable on all productsCompensation & Benefits :
