Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in Norfolk, Virginia.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient rehabilitation goals.

Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.

Meet or exceed performance targets and goals.

Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.

Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Utilize pipelines to identify potential success opportunities.

Adapt to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.

Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Experience / Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia with experience in travel therapy.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in physical therapy.

Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

Strong communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Proven track record of achieving performance targets in a healthcare setting.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely patient records.

Ability to adapt to high-visibility, results-driven work environments.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.

Experience in utilizing pipelines for identifying success opportunities.
