position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

What you´ll do
Support the design and execution of sourcing strategies for contract manufacturing and traded goods for specialties across North America and global markets.
Help manage supplier relationships and commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s performance, cost, and sustainability objectives.
Monitor and maintain supplier data, contract documentation, and compliance standards — always audit-ready.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and Business) to ensure our supplier network delivers.
Track category trends, supply market dynamics, and cost drivers to inform smarter decision-making.
Contribute to negotiations and tendering processes, including supplier evaluation and selection.
Contribute to bottom-line and top-line impact by managing assigned spend and procurement projects in line with annual and long-term business targets.
Support Henkel’s transition toward digital procurement by driving adoption of e-sourcing tools and best practices.
Assist in identifying and mitigating supply risk, ensuring reliable service and business continuity.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
3-6 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or operations (exposure to contract manufacturing or co-packing is an advantage).
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with a strong drive to learn and grow.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to e-sourcing or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional languages, such as Spanish, are an advantage

The salary for this role is $105000.00 to $125000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
