POSITION SUMMARY
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first friendly face our guests see, providing exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive. You'll manage guest seating, record important information, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital in supporting the dining experience, assisting servers, and maintaining an organized front area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly greet and seat guests, showcasing our menu and any specials.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and their preparation.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality that not only meets but exceeds Company service standards.
- Accurately take and record guest information, quoting wait times when necessary.
- Plan and coordinate reservations, optimizing table availability.
- Monitor dining area for clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
- Clean and organize menus at the front desk.
- Answer phones professionally, responding to menu-related inquiries.
- Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Engage with guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience.
- Prepare to-go orders accurately according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within restrooms.
- Support servers and kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.
- Exhibit pride in personal appearance, adhering to Company grooming policies.
- Uphold integrity and honesty in all job aspects.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Must be at least 18 years old.Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.Understanding of workplace safety standards.Ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One or more years of experience in a full-service restaurant.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Team members are required to stand for the full shift, with seating available for front desk duties. You will frequently bend, lift, and possibly carry trays up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifts weighing up to 75 pounds. Communication with guests and coworkers is essential.
Team members may face occasional hazards such as cuts, slips, and burns, as well as frequent exposure to high temperatures and smoke. Regular handwashing and maintenance of hygiene are required.
