Responsibilities & Essential Functions :
- Develop and effectively deliver and close on customer proposals.
- Apply proven discovery processes and skills to determine customer needs.
- Develop proposals which successfully balance customer needs with JF Petroleum profitability requirements.
- Successfully negotiate and close on customer proposals
- Follow-up on and close assigned sales leads
- Develop and manage relationships with customers.
- A high degree of product knowledge specific to our industry and / or a demonstrated willingness to quickly learn the fundamental products and services offered by NES / Whitemarsh. These products / services include but are not limited to the following :
o Commercial Fuel System equipment
o Commercial Fuel System break / fix services
o Commercial Fuel System compliance & inspection services
o “Bid-Spec” / Contractor turnkey Commercial Fuel System services.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree preferred equivalent combination of education and experience required or 5+ years of previous experience in a similar position with measurable results.
Consultative selling skills and / or a proven track record of success is desirable.Excellent Customer Service, relationship building and Communication skills (oral and written)Self-motivatedAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeMaster the NES ERP and sales platforms.
Willing to be available outside of normal business hours to address business needs.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
