Hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician!

Job Title : HVAC Service Technician

Work Hours : Monday to Friday; 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you will be doing :

Service, repair and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
Annual maintenance / clean and checks
Service and repairs on residential systems
Excellent customer service
Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing

Qualifications / Skills :

1 year of HVAC experience or combination of education and experience

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

EPA certification

Able to perform annual maintenance / clean & checks

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

Familiar with a wide range of residential equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Experience consulting homeowner with repair and replacement decisions

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

High school diploma or GED

HVAC Technical School certificate of completion desired
