Cardiac Sonographer Position Summary

The Ambulatory Cardiac Sonographer performs vascular and/or cardiac ultrasound procedures as ordered, at a level of competence not requiring supervision of technical detail in an outpatient setting. This position participates in a variety of patient care and technical activities related to the operations of the office.

Cardiac Sonographer Position Requirements

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Echo Ultrasound from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited program will be considered in lieu of experience.
• State Registered Cardiac Sonographer, RDCS or RCS preferred.

Cardiac Sonographer Benefits

• At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range: $39.44 - $53.25 Commensurate with experience
