Schedule Details : Nights, 8 and 12 hour shifts, every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift. Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000. Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200. RN Referral Bonus : $5,000.

Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you will care for diverse, complex patients including :
Post-operative cases from craniotomiesSpine surgeries (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients.What You'll Do :

Assess patient needs and plan individualized interventions.Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.Implement strategies to ensure patient safety.Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Licensure / Certification Required :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience Required :
Typically, 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong patient care focus and interpersonal skills.Ability to respond to situations with confidence and flexibility.Proficient in electronic medical records and communication.Physical Requirements :
