• Number of Staff – 120
• Type of staff : o Day Shift – 15-20 RRT’s for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRT’s for NICU / Peds service lines o Night Shift – 12-16 RRT’s for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRT’s for NICU / Peds service lines
• Patient Ratios – 10 - 25
• Type of equipment – GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant / Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices.
• EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• North Carolina Respiratory License
• RRT- Registered Respiratory Therapist
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
