Global Specialty Recruiting in Seattle seeks a dedicated self-driven Executive Assistant with strong business acumen and great communication skills to support two Directors.
This role requires strong time management skills the ability to look around corners and a passion for organization. Excellent attention to detail great judgment and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams is critical. Composure and the ability to foster a positive team culture are must-haves as are flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities. A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is imperative. You will understand business priorities proactively anticipate needs and deliver results while initiating and driving improvements that build capacity for the leadership and EA teams. Completing complex tasks quickly with high levels of autonomy reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick turnaround and taking effective action without having to know the whole picture is key to success.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $107100 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
