Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver essential care to residents and assist them with daily activities.
• Document all actions on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., clearly and accurately.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to supervisors.

Job Summary :

The primary purpose of your role is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to your assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, as directed by your supervisors. As a Certified Nursing Team Member, you will be entrusted with the authority and accountability necessary to carry out your assigned duties effectively.
