Duties & Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage the project schedule
• Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements and purchase order agreements
• Complete monthly project status reports, owner billings and financial risk assessments
• Ensure project safety, schedule, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Assist with preconstruction efforts
• Manage buy-out process
• Recognize constructability issues with project design
• Understand contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds and change orders
