We are looking for a QA Inspector that specializes in a critical role in ensuring that all incoming materials and products meet quality standards in the Scotts Valley area! Job Duties:

• Perform detailed inspections, testing, and sampling of incoming materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions that improve quality control workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall inspection efficiency.
• Utilize data from inspections and testing to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection and supply chain processes.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a technical field, a relevant technical certification, or a bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, FDA) and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
