General job duties for all team members include operating all equipment safely according to operating standards, stocking ingredients from deliveries in production areas and walk-in cooler, preparing and prepping product, receiving and processing telephone orders, and cleaning equipment and facility daily.

Training includes on the job training and orientation. Communication skills include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential functions / skills / abilities include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately and quickly (may use calculator), making correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, motor coordination between eyes and hands / fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed, ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
