Job Description

As a Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and meet the quality standards set by the company. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of Program Management principles and be able to effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. To excel in this role you should have experience working with ServiceNow as well as a solid background in Program Management and Client Management. Experience in Quality Control will also be beneficial in ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards. Your ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks will be crucial in meeting project deadlines exceeding client expectations. Overall the ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully managing programs strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Your attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be key in driving the success of projects within the organization.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage multiple projects within the organization Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are met Implement quality control measures to ensure project success Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress

Must have :

• 5 years of experience with program management and client management
• Experience with scrum and working in an agile environment

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
