The Guardian of Positive Impressions and the Quality Guarantor will be cross-trained in each position, but will be allowed to excel at his / her strengths. The Quality Guarantor oversees and guarantees product quality, presentation and order accuracy. The Guardian of Positive Impressions is primarily responsible for making customers feel welcome and comfortable in the store and on the phone. This person must create a positive experience for customers, helping to solidify their return.
