Shift Schedule : Mon-Fri (5 days / 40 hours per week)
Requirements :
Must possess a current Georgia Medical License or meet the eligibility criteria for obtaining one
BC in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or General Surgery
Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship
Responsibilities :
Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker.
Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred.
