Job Summary & Qualifications

The AVP – Master Data Management and Optimization provides strategic direction and oversight for enterprise-wide data governance, master file management, and SKU optimization in support of sourcing, procurement, warehouse / hospital inventory management, patient accounting, and accounts payable activities. This leader is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive data governance strategies while ensuring data integrity across the HCA's "SMART" MMIS platform and related systems. The role combines deep supply chain expertise with strategic data management to drive operational excellence and innovation.
