Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective assistance through email, chat, and / or phone. You’ll help resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers to solutions
Document and track customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., Zen desk, Salesforce)
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or technical support as needed
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies
Identify trends in customer issues and report feedback to improve the user experience
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Comfortable using help desk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) and CRM platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Empathetic and patient approach to resolving customer concerns
