Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

The Production Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components. This role requires meeting daily production goals, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lean work cells. Working hours are from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components or machines.
• Maintain quality standards and production goals, while communicating any workload backlog.
• Effectively multitask and adapt to directional shifts in production schedules.
• Communicate efficiently with supervisors and report the status of the work area.
• Ensure standardized work processes are followed, countermeasures are implemented, and the area complies with all safety requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NAUGATUCK, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
