APP Cardiology : Outpatient Only, No Call, 4-Day Workweek

Washington State

Position Highlights :

Work-Life Balance : 4-Day Workweek with No Call, Nights or Weekends
Average 14-16 patients per day
Epic EMR with integrated AI virtual scribe

Compensation & Benefits :

Starting salary : $120K-$140K commensurate with experience

Signing Bonus : $30K

Student loan repayment up to $90K

Relocation : $15K

PTO : 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)

Health / Dental / Vision : 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents

Retirement : annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

Qualifications :

Degree : Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Certifications : Board Eligible or Board Certified

Licensure : Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license

Experience : No new graduates
