This facility is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : December - ongoing
• Practice Setting : Inpatient
• Types of Cases : procedures required are Amnio preferred, Cerclage required, Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) is a plus but not required
• Credentialing Timeframe : temporary privileges available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications Required : Must be board certified
• Licensure Required : must have an Illinois license
