Shift : 4x12's Night Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (until February 21, 2026)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional OB / GYN nursing care to patients across all age groups.
  • Assist in prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological procedures.
  • Monitor fetal and maternal health during labor and delivery, ensuring patient safety.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following hospital protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.

    • What You Bring :

  • Valid and active RN license in good standing.
  • Relevant experience in OB / GYN nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with excellent clinical judgment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic schedule.

    • Preferred Education & Experience :

  • Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent OB / GYN nursing experience.
  • Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required.
  • Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or obstetric emergency management are preferred.

    • Certifications & Licenses :

  • Active RN license (State-specific licensing requirements).
  • BLS Certification (Must be current).
  • ACLS Certification (Must be current).
  • Additional certifications in obstetric care or fetal monitoring are beneficial.
