Lead Narrative Producer

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Lead Narrative Producer to join our team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. In this role you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, guiding our developers to deliver content and foster an innovative and collaborative production culture. Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Executive Producer to lead the development and growth of our production team.
• Drive our narrative production including, story, quest, mocap, perfcap, and VO recording.
• Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with vision and goals.
• Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams that are empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results.
• Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and queues, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration.
• Ensure that vision and goals are clearly defined, transparent, and understood at all levels of the organization.
• Advocate for actionable and beneficial improvements, challenging the status quo.
• Visualize, prioritize, and prioritize and remove obstacles, encouraging teams to own and solve their own challenges.
• Lead the growth of our teams in both size and quality through dedicated coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Estimated pay range for this position :  $143,000 - $218,500  USD annually

This role may also be eligible for discretionary stock options.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience, qualifications, and location.
