Job descriptionBeautiful work environment Competitive Wages and Benefit Package Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Overtime Pay 401K Per Diem, All shifts available Every other weekend required at a minimum The (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition. Changing dressings or inserting catheters. Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation. Assisting with tests or procedures. Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting. Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid LPN in New Jersey Must be able to work in Edison, New Jersey Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
