About the Role

The Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and managing civil infrastructure projects. This role mentors a team of 4-5 engineers and manages multiple initiatives from proposals and business development to construction plan development and review.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, and managing civil infrastructure projects.
  • Mentoring a team of 4-5 engineers.
  • Managing multiple initiatives from proposals and business development to construction plan development and review.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (Kentucky) preferred or Engineering in Training (EIT) certification required for candidates working toward PE licensure.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure project management.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
  • Proven track record managing projects and mentoring teams.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure project management.

    • Pay range and compensation package
