Clearance Requirement : Active TS / SCI clearance required. U.S. Citizenship mandatory.

Position Overview

TULK seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead strategic GEOINT Enterprise initiatives supporting FVEY alliances and global partnerships. This pivotal role combines leadership, vision-setting, and coordination to align multi-national efforts, ensuring seamless integration of secure, interoperable GEOINT capabilities across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a strategic vision for Allied Systems Integration, ensuring alignment with international GEOINT goals and priorities.
• Coordinate activities across SMEs from FVEY nations, fostering collaboration and resolving cross-functional challenges.
• Build and maintain strategic roadmaps, integrating input from NGA, NSG, ASG, and international partners.
• Ensure adherence to international frameworks such as JARM , FEA , and DoDAF , aligning architecture efforts with mission goals.
• Serve as the primary interface for senior NGA and international leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment in all initiatives.

Required Qualifications

15+ years in program management or enterprise architecture, with a focus on GEOINT or defense collaborations.

Demonstrated success in driving vision and managing cross-disciplinary teams.
