6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega system architecture and application development
Strong experience in enterprise-scale Pega application design and case management
Proficiency in Agile / SAFe environments
Strong skills in requirements elaboration, troubleshooting, and data analysis
Expertise in data modeling, integrations, and performance optimization
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
General understanding of IRS organizations and tax administration programs
Experience mentoring developers and enforcing Pega best practices
Pega Certification preferred
