Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and effective patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per facility standards and regulatory requirements. Education and Certification Requirements : Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program . Active Washington State PTA License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start). Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Minimum of 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred (rehab, acute, or outpatient settings).
