Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) LPN / LVN for a travel job in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Facility : The Highland Clarksburg Hospital

Location : West Virginia

Shift : Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) | Every other weekend

Contract Length : 13 weeks (91 days)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Start Date : ASAP

Possible Extension : Yes

Key Details

Must be completed in West Virginia at least 7–10 business days before start date.

Results take 5–7 days and are required for clearance.

This is a state requirement — no exceptions.

Modules / CPI must be completed before orientation (approx. 8–20 hours total).
