Senior IT Support Specialist

TCI has an immediate need for a Senior IT Support Specialist in Louisville, KY . This is a long-term contract opportunity not available for C2C.

NOTE : This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card).

SUMMARY

The IT Support Specialist provides day-to-day support and operational oversight for desktop computers, mobile devices, and related peripherals used across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, ensuring all end-user systems are properly configured and maintained using approved tools for asset and configuration management.

The IT Support Specialist serves as an on-site escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved remotely by the Service Center and may participate in facility-based projects as needed. This position requires the ability to work independently and travel frequently between local facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• OR 7 years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor's Degree.
• Industry relevant Certifications including A+ or MCTS is preferred.
• Work is performed on-site in Louisville, KY; not a remote opportunity.
• This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
