Job Title : Representative Business Development (Interventional Radiology)
Reports to : Director of Marketing & Business Development
MISSION
As an Interventional Radiology Business Development Representative (BDR), you will drive physician engagement, referral growth, and market expansion for our Advanced Vascular and Vein service lines. You will partner closely with physicians, clinical teams, and referral sources to identify opportunities, educate on our interventional procedures, and increase awareness of our patient-focused solutions.
This is a field-based role, requiring regular travel within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys combining clinical acumen with strategic sales and marketing execution.
OUTCOMES
- Develop, qualify, and convert new referral sources across specialties that manage patients with vascular and vein conditions.
- Identify growth opportunities, implement outreach initiatives, and support the launch of new service offerings within assigned markets.
- Build strong relationships with referring physicians and staff, providing education on Advanced Vascular & Vein’s interventional capabilities, patient outcomes, and treatment options.
- Create and implement a structured territory plan with measurable quarterly goals. Track referral activity, conversion rates, and marketing ROI to ensure performance alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with operations, clinical leadership, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless referral-to-treatment experience and continuous communication between stakeholders.
- Stay informed about local competitive practices, referral patterns, and emerging interventional technologies to inform strategic positioning.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, progress, and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.OR
Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcareBehavior :

3–5 years of business development or medical sales experience (preferably in interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or cardiovascular services)Knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically urology, is a plus.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targetsValid driver's license and reliable transportation
