Legal Compliance Analyst – Credit Card Collections (Contract)
Location : Greensboro, NC 27410 – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Type : Full-Time | 40 hours / week | W2 Contract – 12 Months (Potential to Extend)
Pay Rate : $25–$30 / hour DOE

Join a high-impact team focused on litigation document review and regulatory compliance . This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with a blend of legal and financial operations experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and analyze legal documents and compliance materials related to credit card collections.
Ensure alignment with federal / state laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
Identify and escalate compliance risks or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal and procedural concerns.
Qualifications :
Background in credit card collections, preferably with compliance responsibilities.
Experience in legal collections, auditing, or control functions.
Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong understanding of FDCPA, FCRA, and consumer protection regulations.
