Pinnacle Home Improvement Group is a direct-to-consumer home improvement services business with offices across the Southeast U.S., focused on roof replacement, window replacement, and other exterior services for existing single-family homes. The Company operates out of eleven locations across five states (Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama, and Florida) and is engaged in an active growth strategy that includes both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

In 2023, Pinnacle Home Improvements partnered with Boyne Capital, a Miami, FL based Private Equity firm to help achieve their next phase of growth.

OPPORTUNITY

the President will oversee all aspects of the company’s multi-state operations. The President role requires the aptitude to be both strategic and tactical, with demonstrated success in scaling a home services business by driving and managing strong topline growth and optimizing profitability, while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires a high-energy, focused multi-site leader with acquisition integration experience, preferably in a private equity sponsored environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee marketing and lead generation efforts
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales and operations teams / functions
• Evaluating strategic add-on acquisitions and lead post-acquisition sales and operational integration
• Drive new site expansion and M&A
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Spearhead optimization of production / installation processes, including management of third-party subcontractor networks
• Develop annual budget, in collaboration with the VP of Finance, and manage day-to-day operations to the annual budget
• Implement KPIs to track sales and operational performance
• Foster relationships with General Managers, executives as well as operations and sales leaders
• Establish best practices and standard operating procedures
• Execute de novo expansion strategy including building best-in-class sales and operating functions
• Serve as a key partner to the Board and private equity sponsor
