Position Summary

The Technology Fellow AI Systems & Automation is a senior-level technical leader responsible for advancing the organizations capabilities in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI systems. This role will drive innovation, research, and architecture for large-scale AI automation, ensuring that emerging AI technologies are successfully adapted to solve complex business challenges. The Fellow will serve as both a thought leader and hands-on architect, collaborating with executives, engineering teams, and partners to define strategy, guide implementation, and shape the future of AI adoption within the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of GenAI and Agentic AI systems to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Drive applied research in emerging AI techniques, including multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and adaptive automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security, compliance) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI system design, security, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects to strengthen organizational expertise in advanced AI.
• Publish thought leadership, represent the organization in industry forums, and engage with external partners / vendors to influence AI strategy.
• Evaluate and implement tools, frameworks, and platforms that accelerate AI adoption and reduce technical debt.
• Track industry trends and provide insights on AI risks, ethics, and regulatory implications.

The salary range listed is a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and / or recognition programs.
