Senior AI Agent Developer

A company is looking for a Sr. AI Agent Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents that support critical workflows across the enterprise

Rapidly prototype, test, and refine agents to ensure high performance and adoption

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and redesign workflows that integrate AI solutions

Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python (or similar languages) with experience in building and deploying AI / ML applications

Deep understanding of large language models and modern AI systems

Passion for creating and delivering practical AI solutions

Knowledge of AI safety and governance standards

Ability to understand enterprise workflows and align AI solutions with business needs
